New starter. 3 days training.
Sarah undertook 3 days training in her first week on the job. Having never seen a CRM database or made a sales call before, Sarah was naturally quite anxious about getting on the phone.
Sarah responded very positively to all aspects of the training, getting progressively more confident. On her third day, Sarah made 123 calls, secured 6 CV’s (a staggering 50% of her monthly target), with 17 further CV’s promised and 5 meetings booked in!
