Case Study #1: Jonathan
1 year in industry, ½ day training.
Jonathan was a successful consultant, effective in all key areas except one; canvassing / business generation.
Attacking this issue from all angles with an intense 1-on-1 interactive training environment yielded results very quickly.
After a couple of hours in the training room (incorporating various coaching exercises, guided brainstorming and roleplaying), the training then moved back into the office with some live calls, where Jonathan soon secured 7 meetings over the next hour. This was more than the total secured in any preceeding month.
Jonathan’s attitude to this aspect of his role had completely changed. This was clearly demonstrated when he made 1 hour of calls the following day and yielded a similar result. Impressive stuff.
